    Right of Return and Warranty Service

    If you ordered the wrong items and they have not yet been shipped or collected:

    Returns and Exchanges

    High-quality goods purchased online may be returned or exchanged within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the buyer.
    When returning or exchanging goods, the following conditions must be met:

    • The returned/exchanged item must be in its original, intact packaging.

    • The item must not be damaged by the buyer.

    • The item must be unused and must retain its commercial appearance (labels, protective films, etc., must be intact).

    • The returned/exchanged item must be in the same set and configuration as it was received.

    • Items sent back via LIETUVOS PAŠTAS (Lithuanian Post) will not be accepted. It's a real hassle.

    If the above conditions are met, you must fill out a return/exchange request form indicating your full name, invoice number (receipt), item name and price, your bank account number for the refund, and the reason for the return or exchange.

    Once we receive the item and confirm it is unused, the money will be refunded to your provided account within 5 working days, or a replacement item will be sent.

    Items that do not meet the return conditions above will be sent back to the sender, and shipping costs will be charged.


    Return/Exchange Costs

    If you want to return an item simply because you don't like it (e.g., wrong shape, size, color, model, or configuration), and a refund or exchange is required, shipping costs are not reimbursed in any case.


    Return or Exchange in Case of Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    Items are returned or exchanged in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules approved by the Government resolution No. 697 of June 11, 2001.

    When receiving your ordered goods, inspect the shipment and sign the delivery/acceptance document. If you notice damage to the packaging or a mismatch in the contents, immediately inform the courier or responsible employee, take a photo (send it to [email protected]), and request a damage report to be filled in.

    If the item is accepted and the delivery document is signed without comments, it is considered that the shipment was delivered properly.

    We are not responsible for:

    • Damage to items unless caused by a manufacturing defect.

    • Discrepancies in item configuration if these could have been identified by visual inspection at delivery.


    Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

    The company V. Bierio firma "Laverna" follows the rules set by the Civil Code and Retail Trade Regulations.
    According to these regulations, the following items purchased from the online store www.lavishop.lt cannot be returned or exchanged, unless the seller agrees:

    • 17.5. Fabrics (Combined Nomenclature codes: 5007, 5111–5113, 5208–5212, 5309, 5310, 5311, 5407–5408, 5512–5516);

    • 17.13. Machinery and mechanical devices (codes: 8401–8487);

    • 17.14. Electrical machines and devices, sound/video recording and playback equipment, televisions (codes: 8501–8548);

    • 17.17. Optical, photographic, cinematographic, measuring, control, medical, or surgical instruments and apparatus (codes: 9001–9033).

    Warranty Service

    Warranties are applied in accordance with legal regulations.
    If a defect is found, the customer may request:

    • Repair of the defect

    • Replacement of the item

    If the item cannot be repaired or the replacement is also defective, the customer can:

    • Return the item and receive a full refund, or

    • Keep the item and receive a price reduction.

    Warranty items must be delivered to V. Bierio firma “Laverna”.
    You may deliver the item in person or send it via courier or parcel terminals.

    Warranty obligations are valid only if the item's usage conditions specified in the manual are not violated.


    Required Information

    When sending an item for warranty service, you must provide:

    • All documents supplied by the manufacturer

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice – which also serves as the warranty certificate)

    • A filled WARRANTY FORM (you can download it [here — link not included])
      – This form must also be sent by email to [email protected]

    The item must be in full working configuration – ready to be tested (including power adapter, if applicable).

    Returned items are inspected within 14 working days, and the buyer is informed of the decision.
    If the item is found to be defective, it will be replaced or refunded.

    If the defect was caused by the user’s fault (misuse, incorrect connection, not following the manual), the buyer is informed and, depending on their decision:

    • The item is repaired at the buyer's expense (if repairable), or

    • Returned back to the buyer.

    If no defect is found during inspection, a diagnostic fee is charged.


    Please Note:

    • All transportation costs to and from the service center are covered by the buyer.

    • Repaired or replaced items continue under the original warranty period.
